Good morning. Today is Sunday and we live another day on lockdown due to the Covid-19 virus. How are you spending your day, today? Here is a snapshot of what my world looks like when I live the first couple of hours of my day:

I’ve just noticed fresh black paint on my blue book cover. Now I am noticing it on me! Oh dear! Lol

I’ve had a couple of days of flare up of my Parkinson’s symptoms. I feel pretty rough today but I did manage, over about three hours, to cycle on my exercise bike, yesterday, for a total of 80 minutes. That is pleasing. I hope to do the same today.
