I Did it! Tracy’s Weight Loss & Healthier Lifestyle Journey ~ Week 16

After 16 weeks of eating healthy and exercise I am delighted to share with you today that I have reached my target weight! It’s taken me a month longer due to my hamstring injury but that doesn’t matter, I got there in the end!

With determination, will power and my motivation for wanting to lead a healthier lifestyle I have become a happier and much more confident person not only in my appearance but also in within myself. I would like to thank Nutracheck for not only their amazing app which helped me on my weight loss journey but also for sharing my story on their Instagram page.

My articles will be changing from next week focusing on managing my healthy lifestyle and maintaining my weight. Plus we will be hearing more from Johnny Parky as he deals with setbacks on his Weight Loss journey.
